Rahul Tyagi is the Founder and Managing Partner of JVB Law Minds Private Limited, bringing extensive experience in litigation and legal outsourcing. A seasoned legal professional, he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies in 2019. He is a registered Advocate with the Bar Council of India, specializing in personal injury law, criminal law, family law, and intellectual property rights.

Before establishing JVB Law Minds, Mr. Tyagi built a strong foundation in litigation as a full-time advocate at the Delhi High Court. He later expanded his expertise in U.S. personal injury law while working as a Legal Associate at Bolster Legal Private Limited, where he assisted attorneys in California with litigation and pre-litigation processes. His core competencies include personal injury law, criminal law, family law, intellectual property rights, drafting demand letters, discovery responses, legal research, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat DC.

Mr. Tyagi is committed to delivering high-quality legal outsourcing services, helping clients navigate complex legal matters with efficiency and transparency. His academic journey includes a B.A. LLB from the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies under Karnataka State Law University (2014-2019), pre-university education at Christ Junior College, Karnataka (2012-2014), and SSLC from Air Force School, CBSE, Bangalore (2012).

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Tyagi has contributed to legal scholarship through publications such as “Sports Law in India: A Challenge for Women Ahead,” published by Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, (ISBN: 978-93-85989-94-0) and “Right to Privacy and Digital Space,” published in Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College, Kolhapur (ISSN No: 2321-6271, Issue 4).

Bhawana Singh is an experienced legal professional with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Civil Law. She has previously worked as a Senior Associate at Rai & Company Solicitors & Advocates, Kolkata, where she managed the Intellectual Property Rights Team and Administrative Team, drafted various legal documents, and handled civil matters.

Prior to this, she was an Associate at IPNeeti (IPR Firm) in Noida, specializing in trademark applications, of Tax India Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, where she worked extensively on Benami Law and Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) cases, appearing before tribunals and conducting detailed legal research.

Bhawana holds a B.A. LL.B. (Honors’) from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies and has trained under esteemed legal professionals, including L & L Partners, Senior Advocate Sanjay R. Hegde, and Hon’ble Justice Prateek Jalan at the Delhi High Court.

She has actively participated in debates, moot court competitions, and legal writing contests, securing top positions. Shivani Tyagi is a Business Development Manager in JVB Law Minds Private Limited living in Delhi NCR. She has a Master of Science in Electronics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore and a Master of Business Administration in International Relations from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai. Shivani was also an IAS aspirant back in 2015, which is one of the most prestigious civil services exam in India.

Shivani carries an extraordinary work ethic and believes that success can only be driven by keeping clients at the centre of all business activities and by perpetually delivering exemplary levels of services to them. She is an active listener who pays attention to detail that enables her to provide tailored solutions to clients at JVB Law Minds. Being a business developer, she is organized and works on each case with a positive approach for ensuring service level agreements are met.

Amit Kumar is the Senior Litigation Attorney of JVB Law Minds Private Limited. He pursued his LLB from Meerut Law College, Uttar Pradesh, and graduated in 2003. He is a registered Advocate at the Bar Council of India and has been practicing Law since 2004. His principal areas of practice are Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation, and matters related to the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. Command over the original Procedural Laws, Limitations, Criminal laws, Evidence, Contract law, and Arbitration led him to develop a keen interest in the said areas.

His core competencies include client management, attention to detail, decision-making, and team management. Amit Kumar provides advice and counselling to his clients meticulously by interpreting laws and helping them to understand their legal options and focusing to resolve cases as quickly and favourably as possible.

Amit Kumar takes great pride and interest in each of his client’s cases and carries out a sophisticated level of legal research and investigation pertaining to the facts of the case. Bharti Rawat is working as a Legal Associate in JVB Law Minds Private Limited. She pursued her LLB from Maharshi Dayanand University Centre For Professional And Allied Studies, Gurugram, Haryana and graduated in 2020. She has a Master in Laws in Corporate Law from Maharshi Dayanand University Centre For Professional And Allied Studies, Gurugram, Haryana. She is a registered advocate in Bar Council of India and has been practicing law in Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana where she has gained considerable experience in matters related to family law.

Bharti is very dedicated and focused towards her work and is very quick to grasp new ideas and concepts. She has extensive skills in developing innovative and creative solutions to legal issues. She has the ability to work on her own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tight deadlines.
